How Credits Work

Clear, fair credit usage

You always know what a scrub will cost before you start it.

1 credit = 1 number

Each phone number checked uses one credit, whether it's a single lookup or part of a file.

No paying for duplicates

Tick “Remove duplicate numbers” when uploading and repeated numbers are removed before they cost a credit.

Held, then charged

A bulk file's credits are held while it runs and only charged once it finishes 100%.

Cancel for free

If you cancel a scrub before it completes, the held credits go straight back to your balance.

Do I need my own TCPA Litigator List account?

No. Your plan includes access to scrub against the TCPA Litigator List database — just log in with the account we set up for you and your credit balance is ready to use.

How do I purchase a plan or renew my credits?

Reach out on the Contact page by email or phone with the plan you'd like. We'll set up (or top up) your account and confirm once your credits are live.

How many credits does a scrub use?

One credit per phone number checked. A single lookup uses one credit; a file with 250,000 valid numbers uses 250,000 credits. Tick “Remove duplicate numbers” when uploading to avoid paying for repeats, and the extra details (state, time zone, line type and carrier) cost nothing extra.

Am I charged if I cancel a bulk scrub?

No. When a file starts, the credits it needs are held rather than spent. They're charged only when the scrub finishes 100%. If you cancel it first, the held credits are released back to your balance.

How large a file can I upload for bulk scrubbing?

Up to 500,000 numbers per file, and up to two files at once (1,000,000 numbers in total). If a single file has between 500,001 and 1,000,000 numbers, the app splits it into two files for you automatically. Files can be .csv or .txt.

Do scrub credits expire?

Yes — each credit grant is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Your exact expiry date is shown in the credits panel once you're logged in. Unused credits don't roll over past that date.

What happens when I run out of scrub credits?

You'll see a warning as your balance runs low. Once it's used up, new searches and uploads are paused with a clear message until your account is topped up — contact us to add credits or move to a larger plan.

Are all compliance lists included in both plans?

Yes. Both Starter and Pro include the TCPA Litigator List, TCPA Trolls, Federal DNC, State DNC and DNC Complainers, plus your own suppression list. The plans differ only in the number of credits, price per credit and support level.

Is my data shared with anyone?

No. Your lists are encrypted in transit and never shared or sold. The app runs on our own hosted servers, and the only outside request it makes is the lookup to the TCPA Litigator List API (api.tcpalitigatorlist.com).

Is there a setup fee or contract?

There are no per-seat fees or hidden costs — you simply buy a block of credits: Starter (1,000,000 credits for $270) or Pro (5,000,000 credits for $900). Both include full access to every compliance list this tool supports.
