Short version: your searches are encrypted and private, and only requests to TCPA Litigator List's own API leave the platform.
What this app does with your data
TCPA Lookup is a hosted web app. You sign in with an account we set up for you, run searches and bulk scrubs, and your results are ready in seconds — there's nothing to install or configure. We don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't include any third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
What gets sent to TCPA Litigator List
The phone numbers you search or upload are sent, over an encrypted connection, to
api.tcpalitigatorlist.com to be checked against the TCPA/DNC lists you request.
That's the only place your numbers go outside the platform.
- Phone numbers you search or upload are sent to TCPA's API to be checked, then the result is returned to you.
- The platform uses its own TCPA Litigator List account to perform lookups on your behalf — you never need to hold or enter TCPA API credentials yourself.
- Your search history, uploaded files, and suppression lists are stored in the platform's database, scoped to your account — visible only to you and the account admin, never sold or shared with any other third party.
What we don't do
We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we don't include any third-party analytics or ad-tracking
scripts. Local browser storage (localStorage) is used only for small conveniences like
remembering your theme preference and which tab you had open — that data stays in your browser
and is never sent to us.
Account credentials and login
Your username and password are issued and managed by your account admin. Session cookies are used only to keep you signed in to your own account on this platform — they are not shared with, or readable by, any other site.
